Riding for the Southern Horde

As some of you know, we are members of the SCA and lovers of all things medieval. This includes clothing, fighting, etiquette, and now, equestrian arts. (Think "A Knights Tale" and all that exciting jousting!) But please don't call it LARPing. Or we shall have to hurt you. We had a weekend getting acquainted with the horses we would be working with. And now, I have a rival in the war for Jake's affections:

So where was Evan in all this excitement you ask?

He found his own 'Horsey' to play with! (Note the dirt, grime, and cheeze puff dust he is coated with) He even got a chance to ride:
